Suite Life on Celebrity Summit - Ryka Rhonda is great to work and she excels when things are not going as planned. I was supposed to fly out when the weather was poor and the airline crew was not very helpful. I texted Rhonda and although she was traveling herself, still answered my questions promptly and provided some options. Mother nature was determined for me not to leave the city and won the battle but not the war. Mrs. Tomlinson advocated for me to be able to roll over the funds and the travel insurance into another trip. I am grateful that I didn't lose my money or waste my energy to call and make these changes on my own. Her style of travel is definitely sophisticated and comfortable. I loved the cruise and the cruise-liner. She also keeps you super organized while you're traveling with her travel app. Everything was awesome. I will use her services again very soon:)

She has sailed on many different cruise lines and has personal knowledge of their ships and ports, so she guided us to the very best for our trips. Expert handling of travel plans vs. COVID-19! - ACN
I have been on a trip organized by Rhonda in the past. Simply put, she does all the work. Rhonda planned an exciting cruise for my husband and me for 2020. Then COVID-19 shut the world down. Even before the cruise was officially cancelled Rhonda was monitoring the situation and researching options. Once the official word came, Rhonda handled everything. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. When we needed to do something, she told us exactly what, when and how, even though we know that she, like everyone else, was worried about managing thru COVID. Our original trip has changed several times but each time Rhonda handled everything or walked us thru. Rhonda has our new cruise planned and I can only image how much time she has devoted this. Our excitement for the new trip has remained because all of the stress of the process has been expertly managed by Rhonda!
Our first travel agent experience! - A&R - My husband and I took a trip to Orlando in 2019. Our experience with Rhonda was the first time using a travel agent. It was an excellent experience. Rhonda was personally invested in insuring that we would have a great time. All we did was say to Rhonda, "This is where and when we want to go." and it was like magic from there. She provided detailed and knowledgeable information, the various options about everything and recommended choices based on our feedback to her. We were also given invaluable travelers tips that included the best way to get to get to and from the airport (since we did n't want to rent a car), great places to eat and how to negotiate the Universal theme parks to make the best use of our time, Once everything was mapped out for us, by Rhonda, we received a detailed proposal based on our choices before confirming. One of the most amazing perks of working with Rhonda was a personalized PowerPoint presentation that had us excited to be on our way.
